1. If you are not satisfied with the goods purchased from us, please send them back to us in the original NEW-condition with a detailed defect- / return reason description.
If it is a smartphone, please remove your SIM card.
Please do NOT use Hermes / DPD for dispatch, only DHL!
Lintels, breakage, liquid damage, etc. – are excluded from the exchange.
2. Below is a link for a free return slip: please enter your return address and email. You will receive a return slip in PDF format, please print it out.
